FAQs

  • I’m based in multiple locations and so all of my healing is delivered remotely.

This allows you to be in a safe and comfortable environment, which is especially important when dealing with sensitive material.

Avoiding travel ensures that your integration process remains smooth, without overwhelming your nervous system.

  • This completely depends on you and what you’re bringing into the sessions.

We each hold and process our experiences in unique ways. You might be exploring this part of yourself for the first time, or may have already worked with other practitioners or approaches on the same theme or topic.

After our first session, we’ll create a plan that’s tailored to your needs.

  • Each session is shaped by what’s alive for you on the day.

We begin with a grounding practice to settle the body, then gently explore what’s present; whether emotional, physical, or energetic.

Through conversation and somatic awareness, I guide you toward what’s ready to surface. I’ll offer reflections, language, and energetic support as we navigate inherited or personal patterning as well as aspects of the subconscious that I can see and embody.

Often, what’s held in your system will move through mine and release through breath, movement, or tremor.

We take our time, allowing space for integration and deep care.

  • Sessions last 75 minutes. The pricing for the regions where I’m mostly working is as follows:

    • UK: £75.00

    • Europe: €90.00

    • South Africa: R1,200.00

  • It’s impossible to predict exactly how you’ll feel after a session, as everyone’s experience is unique.

You may feel tired, and if so, it’s best to rest and listen to your body. If we’ve worked with tender material, tiredness is often a natural byproduct.

Whatever arises, it's your system recalibrating after we’ve worked in deep areas that require time to integrate.

  • You simply need to stay present with your experience and allow your system to settle and recalibrate.

I’ll likely give you exercises and resources related to what we explored in the session, which will help you integrate the work into your daily routine. I may also send you music or playlists to support your individual process.

  • Not at all. When we're doing ancestral healing, we’re working with the energetic imprinting and patterns you’ve inherited — not with factual records or family trees.

My focus is on what remains unresolved, what needs to be seen, included, and healed — not on verifying existing family narratives or stories.

  • No. We don’t need to be in the same room for the work to be effective — I’m not doing hands-on bodywork.

I work energetically, connecting with and moving through the energy you're holding in your mind and body. This can be facilitated just as effectively remotely as it can in person.

We can speak more about how this works when we first connect.

  • While therapy often focuses on verbal processing and exploring past experiences, my work is energetic and somatic.

We’re not just talking through things; we’re working directly with the energy your body is holding, helping to release stored patterns and bring about deeper healing.

It’s a more embodied approach, which can complement traditional therapy or stand on its own, depending on your needs.

My work also supports self-empowerment, helping you move beyond repeating the same patterns and conversations without resolution.

  • I work with clients on a range of issues including emotional or energetic blocks, past trauma, limiting beliefs, stress, anxiety, physical discomfort and chronic disease that may have emotional, mental or energetic roots.

It’s particularly effective for resolving inherited family patterns, imbalances, and subconscious imprinting that influence your current life experience.

Essentially, anything that feels unresolved or stuck within your mind, body, or spirit can benefit from this transformative work.
